After 30 years working in the mental health and managed care industry, I realized that my favorite parts of my jobs were teaching and development to encourage people. As I juggled corporate life and caregiving, I had also lost myself in that mix. I started workign on my own health and realizing I didn't have to have all the answers, and that opened the door for me to ask for help. What a "simple" and not easy step! However, I've been able to improve my health, lose over 100 lbs, take risks and chase my dreams. All in the midst of the messiness of real life. I'd love to help you move forward with your goals!

What is body image? Is it just a "psychobabble" term? How can we understand it? More importantly, how does it impact our everyday lives, and what can we do to improve it? Do we have to love our bodies to have a good body image? If I lose weight, doesn't my body image automatically get better?

Coaching vs Therapy: Is coaching right for me?
Coaching focuses on helping clients achieve future goals, build healthy habits, and improve performance using a collaborative, action-oriented approach. Therapy addresses mental health concerns by exploring emotional patterns, past experiences, and psychological healing within a clinical framework.
